The real cleaning begins with a personal touch. Our team uses special brushes to clean areas traditional tunnel washes miss. A pre-soak loosens stubborn grime, followed by a wheel deep clean to restore shine and an underbody wash to remove salt and debris.
Want more? Our Feelin’ Great and Feelin’ packages include extra prep to tackle tough dirt and bugs, plus calming lavender aromatherapy for a refreshing experience. Finally, we use gentle Neoglide foam to lift dirt without scratching.

  • Do you clean the inside of my vehicle?

    All of our washes are express exterior-only, however we do offer free self-serve vacuums and also offer microfiber towels, moist wipes and air fresheners in our vending machine for your convenience for any final touches.

  • Are you a touchless car wash?

    We are not a touchless car wash, However, we use Neoglide soft foam and gentle, safe materials that won't scratch or damage your car's surface, ensuring a safe and thorough clean.

  • How do you ensure my car dries properly?

    We ensure a spotless finish by using a spot-free rinse, extended drip space, and powerful air dryers at the end of the tunnel. This process allows your car to dry thoroughly. Additionally, VIP X-Pass Members receive a microfiber towel for any final touch-ups.

  • Why can't you accept muddy or snow-covered vehicles?

    We are unable to accept vehicles heavily covered in mud or snow because it can impact the quality of the wash for your car and others. Excessive mud or snow may also damage our equipment, and we cannot guarantee a thorough clean under these conditions.

  • Why does my truck bed have to be empty?

    We ask that truck beds be completely empty before entering the wash. Loose debris in an open truck bed can become hazardous to your truck, other vehicles, our staff, and our facilities.

  • What’s included in the VIP X-Pass?

    The VIP X-Pass allows you to wash your car every day, access a dedicated express lane, and receive perks like a microfiber towel, an air freshener, and towel exchange. 

  • Do you offer prepaid wash books?

    Yes! We offer prepaid wash books with savings of up to 60%. They are perfect for multi-vehicle families, gifting, staff vehicles, and fleet vehicles. Enjoy the convenience of washing whenever you like, with no time restrictions.

  • How do I cancel my membership?
